On a Segway, Waiting for Tourists
In Prague Stare Mesto, evening time. One thing that impressed this last time I was in Eastern Europe was the popularity of Segway Transporters. Over in the West they tend to be viewed as a bit of a joke, a Sinclair C5 on a pogo stick, even made a guest appearance in a Doctor Who Christmas special in such a capacity. However, over in Eastern Europe, where serious credence is given to public transport, and many of the centres of towns are pedestrian centred, they are treated as seriously as bicycles, and are a major part of the tour economy.
